WWE Are Looking For Rugby Players To Switch Career & Take Up Wrestling
Smackdown.
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) are looking for current and former professional rugby players that might be interested in switching careers and becoming professional wrestlers.
Owned by billionaire Vince McMahon, the WWE is the biggest wrestling organisation in the world, and has been home to such stars as the Undertaker, the Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan and Triple H.
Rugby Vacancies put up a post yesterday evening, urging current or recently retired players to get in touch for further details. A number of current and ex-players have expressed interest, although we’re not sure which of them are actually serious about it!
