WATCH: Jacob Stockdale Was Back To His Brilliant Best Today
No drop in confidence here.
Ulster bounced back from a disastrous festive period in the PRO14 with an absolutely massive win over La Rochelle in the Champions Cup this afternoon.
The northern province were smashed by Leinster last week at the RDS, but were a completely different team today, and now have every chance of qualifying for the knockout stages.
Jacob Stockdale was heavily criticised for his performance in that Leinster game, his defence in particular was left wanting at times. Still only 21-years-old, Stockdale dusted himself down after that game and was back to his brilliant best today.

From dismissing La Rochelle’s Paul Jordaan as if he were a child, to handing off Vincent Rattez, as if he were… errr… a child, Stockdale showed he can bounce back from a poor game in style.
Today was a massive test for the youngster, after receiving only plaudits for so long and he passed it with flying colours. Keep watching this space. The Ulsterman is going straight to the very top.
